KC vote on removing King name from Paseo Boulevard

The City Council earlier renamed the historic boulevard and a large rally outside Paseo Baptist Church drew both sides. U.S. Rep Emanuel Cleaver urged restraint as organizers pressed claims of racism and procedural missteps in the change.
