Barbara Scott Emer 87 of New Bern died October 31 2020. A Pamlico County native she joined Arapahoe High School last graduation class and worked at the PX before NADEP instrument technician tenure. Retired 1986 after 30 plus years in federal service she joined NARFE and church groups. Survived by siblings nieces nephews stepdaughters and several great nieces and nephews.
