Independent panel to rule on NC State case transfer
The NCAA announced on Monday that an Independent panel will review NC State’s NCAA infractions case via the Independent Accountability Resolution Process. The referral follows NC State’s July 2019 Notice of Allegations involving Dennis Smith Jr. and team coach Mark Gottfried, with final decisions to come after the IARP review.
