Fuller Center completes Spence home in North Carolina
Volunteer builders restore Spence’s North Hills Drive house after flood damage from Hurricane Florence. The project, the fourth Fuller Center completion in NC and third in New Bern, adds laminate floors, tile, new sheetrock and windows, a handicapped accessible porch, and a ramp. Spence credits the workers for making it feel like a new home and thanks the volunteers for enabling her return.
