A series of community activities in New Bern includes Jonkonnu workshops for all ages at Waystation Auditorium on Tuesdays from June 25 to August 6 2019, plus Trivia Tuesday at City Stage and Team Feud Trivia Night at Blackbeard's Triple Play. The New Bern chapter held its bimonthly meeting on June 18 with Dr. Danielle Rose of Dogs for Better Lives as guest speaker. She spoke on training and support dog programs, while Delight demonstrated tasks. The session included a real time transcriber and a DHHS official.
