The City of New Bern was selected to receive a 328,500 grant from the NC Office of Recovery and Resiliency to fund storm resiliency, recovery and mitigation work over three years. Funds will hire a resiliency consultant and support engineering, GIS planning and readiness for future disasters following Hurricane Florence.
