Retired Havelock man killed in mobile home murder
Floyd McLaughlin, 65, whose body was found buried in a mobile home park, died from a blow to the head. Craven County Sheriff confirms the suspect, Jon Kenneth Cockrill, 34, was charged with first degree murder after investigators say he killed McLaughlin on Feb. 8 over a vehicle deal.
