Grifton officer arrested on child exploitation charges

Former Grifton police officer Jason Lovick, 38, was fired after SBI arrest on eight counts of second degree sexual exploitation of a minor. He distributed and received digital images involving at least six youths aged 11 to 17 from late 2018 to early 2019. Bond set at 80000, Lovick bonded out. investigation continues.
