George Halyak Wins Craven County Lifetime Achievement Award

The New Bern Housing Authority plans an 84 unit affordable complex off Carolina Avenue with Mosaic Development Group and Better Vision Housing. Construction began summer 2020 with units serving up to 60 percent area median income and rents from 283 to 770 dollars monthly. Groundbreaking occurred October 23 at 80 Carolina Avenue.
