Craven County Board of Education weighs next move on January plan
The Craven County Board of Education will meet December 29 at 8 30 a m at the Central Office to assess COVID 19 community infection and staff quarantines and decide whether to move elementary students to Plan A in January 2021. Current data show 67 staff and 360 students quarantined as of December 17. Plan B remains in effect with most elementary students in person two to four days a week depending on grade.

Donations can be dropped at 1402 Rhein Ave from 8:30 to 12 and 1:30 to 4:30 Monday through Thursday, with checks mailed to Salvation Army Drawer E, New Bern NC 28563. Total to date is 20,784.31 dollars.
