Folwell outlines plan to save NC State Health Plan
North Carolina State Treasurer Dale Folwell spoke in New Bern about the Clear Pricing Project to preserve the State Health Plan beyond its 2023 funding horizon. The plan, starting Jan 1 2020, would reform reimbursements to cut costs by hundreds of millions, benefiting taxpayers and plan members.
