Elmore stresses broad housing plan for New Bern
Elmore, with 35 years in public private and federal sectors, envisions a housing portfolio addressing current and future needs. He cites Craven Terrace Trent Court and a $400000 Choice Neighborhood Grant as stepping stones to affordable housing, transportation and jobs, aiming to aid Julian Marsh and the New Bern Housing Authority. He brings process management experience from General Dynamics to city housing efforts and plans to collaborate with the Housing Authority and Transformation Venture Capital. Eddie Fitzgerald can be reached for more details.
