Pamlico CC Offers April May Cultural Enrichment Classes
Pamlico Community College announces spring and summer courses including birding with Liz Lathrop, boat building by Graham Byrne, cake decorating with Kandice Johnson, guitar with Robert Hurff, Italian with Massimo Dell Aria, jewelry making with Suzanne Burchfield, shag dancing with Rick and Suzanne Burchfield, ukulele and violin with Simon Spalding, and yoga with Tanya Thompson. Registration requires contacting the cultural enrichment director Irusell Pamlico Cecity at 249-1851 ext 3033 by the first class session. CCC student Jamie Meadows pursues degree and apprenticeship
Jamie Meadows, laid off from a job, returns to Craven Community College in 2012 to finish an associate degree, enrolled in the composites program in fall 2012, and began working for Spirit Aerosystems in Kinston in November 2013. He plans to complete his degree this summer as the MAW BSH manufacturing technology apprenticeship applications open mid April.
