Southeast's Atlantic deal includes acquiring 15 Florida National Bank offices for 33 million dollars. The sale covers deposits around 237 million as of year end 1981, spanning Pinellas County Vero Beach Fort Pierce Martin County Orlando Maitland areas. Regulatory approval and Southeast acquisition of Florida National are conditions.
