County weighs impact fees to curb growth in Sarasota
Sarasota County commissioners plan a workshop on impact fees to fund capital improvements from new development. Friday will send Anderson Mabry Carlton and Stackler to Tallahassee to seek state help for the 33,000 acre MacArthur Tract water source. State funds could reduce bond debt while joining with Myakka River State Park may cut maintenance costs.
