Bonnie Kelly faces first degree murder charge in Berry case
Bonnie Kelly, 29, Lexington, Kentucky, appeared in Charlotte County Court charged with first degree murder in the January slaying of Assistant State Attorney Gene Berry. A Naples attorney was appointed to represent her as June 7 arraignment was set, while two co defendants testified against her.
