Referendum plan eyed for MacArthur Tract amid bond shift
Commissioner Bob Anderson seeks to put the MacArthur Tract purchase to a September referendum with a $30 million price and remove the road program from the $50 million bond. He proposes funding from the state one cent sales tax and building a temporary wellfield near the tract to serve SUD 1, plus a moratorium on new water hookups.
