Venice faces delay as county stalls on south county sewer plant

Second Lt. Stanley L. Donald II, son of residents of Venice, earned a Parachutist Badge after completing a three week airborne course at Fort Benning Georgia. The program covered physical training theory of parachuting and five static line jumps with weeks of tower jumps. Donald entered the Army in 1977 and received his commission via Officer Candidate School after attending the University of the Pacific and the University of Florida.
