Venice utility project back on track after stop work
The Venice utility expansion resumes after a stop work order by consulting engineer Paul Porter. Taddie Underground had left streets blocked and dust piles and mailbox issues unresolved. Project manager O J Hewkin says five corrective items are met and work is progressing toward a July 1983 completion.
