Wildflower Golf Complex Changes Hands in Englewood
The Wildflower Golf and Country Club in Englewood has new ownership as a limited partnership led by Paul Byers and family. The 200 acre site south of Englewood on State Road 775 includes an 18 hole executive course, driving range, pro shop, Bocer courts, and a restaurant with plans for tennis and shuffleboard. Construction on a 16 lot home phase is underway with an expected mid May completion and about 110 condominium villas upon final buildout.
