Sidewalks Rule Adopted in Venice City Council
Venice City Council unanimously approves a sidewalk resolution tying future developments to sidewalk and bike path construction along arterial and local streets. Developers must fund and complete sidewalks before occupation permits. The panel also approves a bid from McAsphalt Inc for East Venice Avenue sidewalks and amends the Municipal Code Enforcement Board and zoning code amendment fees.
