Harbor Lights owner to face third trial in sewer hookup case
Harbor Lights Mobile owner Herbert Hofmann will stand trial July 2 in Sarasota County Court on two charges for failing to connect his Venice park to the city sewer system. He has been convicted twice before and warned to hook up. He faces a second count for allowing travel trailers in the park contrary to a city ordinance.
