Harassment Reports Highlight Englewood Area Disputes
In Englewood, Juanita Schultz reports vandalism on her Shoreview Drive property as two men allegedly broke fence posts. Deputies found one suspect who denied the damage. Schultz later says unknown persons hung a white sheet reading Red Power on her fence and heard noises at 2 a.m. She was advised to await authorities before repairing the fence. Meanwhile, Port Charlotte motorist George Macko faces careless driving charges after his 1979 Chevrolet left SR 775 and SR 771, hitting three signs causing $1,800 damage. witnesses say he was the sole vehicle involved. Macko was taken to Fawcett Clinic by Englewood EMS.

Sarena Denardo of 3390 Bahama Drive Rotonda West says Bob Lessor an employee of Joe Williams Realty assaulted her at her Englewood dog grooming salon on Saturday May 23 following a dispute about a parked car. She told the Charlotte County sheriff she was injured and intends to press charges.
