School board weighs Title IV-B funds for 1979 80
Sarasota County School Board debated five plans to spend $68 206 in Title IV B funds for the 1979 80 year. Alternative Plan 1 would buy more books in several schools. Plan 2 would allocate funds to all centers for principal decisions. Board members urged faster action on school based management while discussing authority and accountability.
