Venice burglar tied to string of beach car thefts
Bruce Armour, 21, of 840 Pineland, confessed to nine automobile burglaries at city piers and beaches, with $1,336 stolen from out of state cars. He faces six burglary charges on Sept. 20 and a misdemeanor marijuana count on Aug. 23. He remains jailed in Sarasota County.
