An 80 year old Venice man, Eugene Rex of 611 Delphinium, was listed in serious condition at Venice Hospital ER after an apparent heart attack while driving north on the Venice Bypass. Rex lost control, drove down an embankment, and struck a parked motorcycle in front of Sonny's Barbecue.
