Venice City Promotes Annual Early Bird Coffee Tradition
Venice officials and the Venice Area Chamber of Commerce will host an annual Early Bird Coffee at City Hall. The event aims to strengthen ties between businessmen and the community, with a city hall open house and remarks by Mayor Proctor, Vice Mayor Kalajian, and council members. The chamber’s new president Ronald Hicks stresses cooperation to balance business and community interests amid growth and planning concerns voiced by City Manager Dale Rieth. The piece also notes the Tomato Patch market purchase by Guenther and Melitta Roth, continuing supplier links with local farms and area vendors.
