Englewood Seeks New Community Hospital With BAMI Support
The proposed Englewood Community Hospital would be a proprietary medical surgical facility run by BAMI as a sister to Fawcett hospital. The plan includes shared purchasing data processing bio medical engineering education and personnel recruitment to raise local expertise. Public hearings are set for March 10 in Sarasota with final state submission March 27 at GenTel office Ringling Boulevard.
