Old South Oyster Bar Reopens With Nostalgic Charm

New owners Donald Pietraniec and John Harris revive the Old South Oyster Bar on U S 41 north of Laurel, enlarging the site and filling it with memorabilia from the 1920s to 1930s. The grand opening drew guests from Sarasota, Venice, Englewood and North Port as architect David Oldham and decorators hosted a history filled revival.
