Venice High students cook up a holiday buffet at Diner's Delight
Venice High School students in the Food Production and Service class run Diner's Delight under Doris Reynard. They planned a large Christmas buffet with over 100 attendees, charging $3 for ingredients. The program, now in its 12th year, aims to teach cooking, nutrition, and budgeting while offering real restaurant experience and possible future job paths.
