Good Book shines on Jerry's Sewing Machines tale
Venice businessman Bob Imes recounts a dramatic turnaround at Jerry's Sewing Machines and Vacuum Cleaners after a spiritual rebirth in 1977. The shop moved to a new showroom at 2133 S. Tamiami Trail, hired staff, and plans Pfaff and Bernina dealerships. Imes credits faith and service with driving growth, notes a $20,000 loan received after prayer, and highlights a commitment to honesty and customer care.
