Robert G. Griffore, 33, of Nokomis, charged by Florida Highway Patrol with failure to use due care after a Florida crash on SR 775 north of Venice. He followed Diane Bagley, 29, of St. Petersburg, who stopped at Woodmere Farms entrance. Griffore could not halt in time and struck her 1974 Datsun, causing $300 damage to his Ford and $1,500 to Bagley's car.
