Venice Commission Advances Greenview Villas Plan With Sidewalk Stipulation
The Venice Planning Commission by a 3 2 vote endorsed the Greenview Villas project in Capri Isles with a condition that a sidewalk be built along Capri Isles Boulevard. Members argued over the necessity and potential precedents of such a sidewalk while the developer cited safety concerns. The proposal moves to a future city council meeting for final approval.
