After hours of shouting they end in tears and reembrace, earning the town a laugh at the mayor’s method. Also from Lebanon, Indiana, an 83-year-old farmer George Stevenson missing after a trip to Indianapolis supposedly bound for Paris aboard an ocean liner, later sending a New York letter claiming he would sail Wednesday.
