A timetable for the Dubuque and Dakota Railroad shows daily trains to and from Waverly, Sumner, and adjacent towns with connections at Hampton Clarksville and routes to Randalia, plus supper at Addison.

Republicans nominate S B Phillips Clerk of Courts Henry Kassemeier Recorder and Jas Conner Supervisor. Fayette county normal institute closed with attendance of teachers and Bremer county fair chariot races draw big crowds.
