Mrs Rosa Wismer of Dayton Township died Oct 14 after a hay wagon accident near a school yard. Born 1842 in Dayton Berne Switzerland, she emigrated with her family to the United States, married Henry Wismer in 1865, and helped found Dayton Presby terian Church. She leaves a husband four children and a large family, with funeral services in Sumner and burial at Grove Hill cemetery.

George B Cook buys Asa Martins old store, to move from north side to south side building, changing next month. This will vacate the W building on the north side.
