In the district court of Iowa in Qremer County probate No 6204 for the estate of Nate Westendorf the last will dated July 30 1955 was admitted to probate on October 7 1966 with no further administration. Claim must be filed within one day in the district court of the county. Sunday dinner and supper guests included Gordon Henniger at Frederika. Mr and Mrs Ernest Testorff Charles and Lavern celebrated Mr Testorff's birthday. Dinner guests Mrs Minnie Sheldon Lyle Huebner Joel Frederick David Mrs Amanda Huebner Vernon and Mr Ray Schmudlach. Mrs Zona Jordan Frederika visited with Mr and Mrs G A Rowe. Mrs Galen Gillam visited Mrs Bessie Schmudlach. Women’s Work group of Church of the Brethren met at Mrs Lloyd Klotz home with Mrs Teor Klotz as co-hostess.

Jerry Dorn and wife welcomed a daughter at Allen Memorial Hospital in Waterloo. Gary Kern and wife were at Sumner Community Memorial Hospital. Mary Jane Williams of Chariton celebrated her 102nd birthday last month and has 98 descendants including nine living children.
