Julia Edith Whitney born April 1876 died September 21 1896 after a three month illness aged 20 years five months and sixteen days She converted and joined the U B church with her family December 16 1894 She lived an exemplary Christian life and was loved for her kind disposition The funeral at Murphy church was led by Rev W C Smith of Vinton with Rev Blackburn of Sumner present Many relatives and friends mourn her loss She leaves a father mother brother and sisters to remember her and had joined a little sister in heaven before her May God bless the bereaved and bring them home to that bright world above.
