Northern Pacific to inaugurate sixteen daily transcontinental trains

Under a new schedule launching June 16 1890 the Northern Pacific will run sixteen daily transcontinental passenger trains, eight eastbound and eight westbound, with 108 local trains west of St Paul across 3000 miles. Pacific Express departs St Paul at 8 15 am daily with through Pullman service to Portland via Chicago Milwaukee St Paul and Helena Tacoma.
