Louis Boie remained at Scholtz Hospital in Waterloo while others visited and hosted across town. Mrs. Leo Niemann returned home after weeks at Scholtz Hospital. The Reinking and Schmadeke families vacationed in the southern states including Kentucky and Tennessee where they attended the Grand Ole Opry. Sandra Schlatter spent a Monday night with Diane Floden at John Floden’s home. Mrs. Walter Zupke entered Scholtz Hospital for back disorder treatment, with visitors Dean Zupke and Arnold Jaschen. Darla and Jerry visited the Melvin Schlatter home on Sunday.
