Benton County receives donation from former resident Beebe
Russell K. Beebe of Palm Beach Florida returned to his Urbana Iowa roots to attend a reunion and donated 500 dollars to Benton County's Poor Fund via County Relief Director Jane Ealy. Beebe, once aided by county relief in 1930 while a grocery truck driver, asked the gift be used wisely.
