Littell and Todd advertise twenty two properties in Sumner Iowa and surrounding areas including farms homes and building lots with prices from 215 to 1700 and terms ranging from cash to up to five to eight years at six percent. Also notes a chucked luck game incident at local races ending with bank failure due to a slipped dice.

Laurel Chapter No. 106 O E S members visited Mr and Mrs P H Winegar for an afternoon of social enjoyment at their four mile east and six mile south farm. The gathering included 47 attendees with guests listing Mr and Mrs C A Austin and others. A harvest of raspberries, a clock dinner, lemonade tea coffee ice cream and cake followed a hearty repast.
