Kangaroo Court Prepares Grim Guillotine for Bearded Offenders
Sumner centennial Kangaroo Court officers led by Bob Seamans Kenny Henniges Jim Duhrkopf Larry Fritz and Tom Meighan spent weeks assembling a humorous yet ominous guillotine a Wilkinson steel cutter and non breakable rope poised to drop on violators of the sacred rule against facial foliage. The gag aims to revive capital punishment jokes in Iowa, with a warning that beardless men may end up laughing their heads off, though all in fun.
