William T Leahy and Dr James Powers, formerly of the city, were injured in an auto accident near Wichita Falls Texas. Herman McKinley and wife moved to a newly purchased West Jackson street residence. Omar Hammond sold North Section street property and plans California relocation. Guy Cushman returned home from Bowling Green Kentucky due to his wife’s illness after an appendicitis operation.

Lisman Fatal Auto Collision Near Carlisle
Mr. and Mrs. Bert Lisman, returning home, were injured when a car driven by Mr. Lisman veered off a new concrete road south of Carlisle and struck a telephone pole. Mrs. Lisman suffered cuts. Mr. Lisman broke his right leg and ligaments. both were hospitalized.
