Philo Gubb the paper hanger detective appears at Riverbank carnival in disguise as Ali Baba. A turreted turban with the Dragon's Eye is stolen from Mrs Phillipetti's waffle booth, but Gubb's magic tube fingered the culprit and recovered the jeweled turban, restoring order to the event.
