Defends Farmers at Community Club Meet

Prof. G I Christie of Purdue told Sullivan County crowd the public misunderstands high food costs and that farmer prices fund equipment and future production. Community Club and Sullivan County Pure Bred Livestock Association members heard the talk after supper with plans for a live stock pavilion and a county farmers rally.

The Sullivan Circuit Court records a probate filing for the will of Mrs Sarahi Medsker. Beneficiaries are Jesse W. Medsker and sister Mrs Lannie Kennett of northwest of Graysville. The will leaves four fifths of real estate to Jesse and one fifth to Lannie, with contingencies upon death and future transfers to Fern Coppage and Harold Kennett.
