Owens in bad again ar rest for larceny
James Owens of this city was arrested Sunday afternoon by Chief Rich on a charge of larceny. He is jailed for allegedly taking rare coins from the six year old step son of Dan Goins of North Court street. The Owens home was searched and some coins were found. Owens previously faced a suspended sentence for larceny related to corn theft.
