By order of the Sullivan Circuit Court in cause 5321 the commissioner will receive private bids at his Sullivan office until September 1 1885 then offer for sale on the premises if no bids are accepted. Described lands total 120 acres in section 28 township 9 north range 8 west including east half of southwest quarter and southwest quarter of northwest quarter.
