Dixon Dukes Rally To Beat Sterling 20-6 In Homecoming

Dixon Dukes defeat Sterling Warriors 20 to 6 in a rain soaked Homecoming game. Dixon rally begins after a blocked punt set up a first quarter score, key passes from Skip Jones to Steve Wade and a run by Bob Brainerd, with Joe McKinnon finishing the early drive. Sterling defense bottlenecks Dixon until late first half, but penalties and turnovers stall the Warriors’ attack as Dixon maintains a 7-0 lead into the second period.
