Freshman Class Officers Lead Sterling High Activities
Sterling High School announces four new class officers and a new advisor Mickey Kolis. Elected last Thursday are Wendi Rodriguez as president Margo Banes vice president Kelley Grummert treasurer and Wilkins secretary. Fifteen freshmen will join the Student Council and plans include building a float for homecoming with funds raised by February. The marching band earned open class recognition at the field competition, placing in the top tier and earning prizes for first second and third in their class with Sterling in open class competing against Herscher Danville and Conant.
